With our Company Academy, we combine science with agriculture, and theory with practice.
We believe that agricultural development and yield increase will only be possible through education. Through our technical academy established within our company and our cooperation with the Ege University Faculty of Agriculture, we organize free trainings and seminars for both our dealers and farmers directly in the field.
Our Academy Education Programs:
- Modern Plant Nutrition: We explain which macro and micro nutrient elements the plant needs in each growth period and balanced fertilization.
- Correct Timing in Crop Protection: We teach effective and conscious control techniques against diseases and pests without harming the environment and beneficial insects.
- Soil Analysis and Interpretation: We enable our farmers to read their own soil analysis reports and prepare smart fertilizer programs according to the analysis results.
